Thanks to the generosity & support of audience / fan tips matched by sponsors – we were collectively able to challenge some longstanding assumptions and together raise $2,770 in support of the artists / singer-songwriters who gave of their time & talents at the Fri Feb 11th event Alyssa Bonagura Girls Night with Twinnie & Taylor Hogan (powered by Revd) at 3rd and Lindsley, sponsored by Revd and Truist! Headlined by Alyssa Bonagura, with support from Twinnie and Taylor Hogan (and featuring surprise performances including Jessie James Decker joining Alyssa to duet as “Jackie Blue”), it was another wonderful night.

About this Event

Revd is thrilled to be helping power this event as part of an ongoing live music series to support performing artists. The event will be hosted at the renowned 3rd and Lindsley in Nashville, TN, co-sponsored in collaboration with our friends at Truist. An intimate gathering of 300+ guests, the event will be headlined by acclaimed singer-songwriter, producer, and musician, Alyssa Bonagura, joined by two of her favorites – Twinnie and Taylor Hogan. More on each of these exceptional artists / singer-songwriters below!

One of the lesser known facts in the world of live music performances is that often the artists are asked to perform just for “exposure”, while in other cases it’s for minimum compensation in order to keep show operational costs down and allow for a lower ticket price for fan entry. 3rd and Lindsley has been one of the leaders in trying to bridge the gap between keeping events at an affordable low ticket price, while still covering operational costs, but also putting forth the effort to compensate the artists who are sharing their craft with all of us!

Our aim for this event is to be consistent with Revd’s mission and create a unique approach enabling fans to “tip live at the event” through their mobile device, furthering our goal of empowering fans to help establish real-time market value of intimate events and support talent they love. All fan tips for this event will be matched dollar-for-dollar (up to $1,000) with all proceeds going directly to the artists!

About the Artists & Singer-Songwriters

Alyssa Bonagura

A celebrated songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist, Alyssa Bonagura has spent the past decade fine-tuning a sound that reaches far beyond her Nashville roots. It's a sound that blurs the boundaries between genres, mixing the southern storytelling of country music, the free-thinking spirit of rock roll, and the cinematic sweep of Brit-pop into its own hybrid. For Alyssa – a lifelong road warrior who spent her infancy aboard a tour bus, recorded a duet with Kenny Rogers at 10 years old, received her college diploma from Sir Paul McCartney, performed stadium shows as a member of the major-label duo The Sisterhood Band, and currently balances her critically-acclaimed solo career with an ongoing gig writing songs for Jessie James Decker, Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler, and others – it's also a sound that's every bit as diverse as her own story.

Twinnie

An accomplished entertainer, Twinnie has toured as a backing vocalist and dancer for artists including Robin Thicke, Pharrell, Michael Bublé, Justin Timberlake, and The Wanted. Her vocals are featured on Jamie Lawson's album and songwriting cuts appear on The Shires' debut LP. Her own songs demonstrate dynamic pop elements combined with captivating country storytelling, which stray into rock territory whilst her unique soundscape also embraces electronics. Her authenticity and honesty are evident throughout her music, especially on the tongue-in-cheek 'Type Of Girl', observational 'Social Babies', and the sombre 'Lie To Me'. A Radio 2 championed artist, and BCMA award-winner, Twinnie is expected to spearhead the next wave of Brit country crossover artists straying into the mainstream market and thanks to her links to Nashville global success is within tantalising reach.

Taylor Hogan

"This kind of feels like a bit of old school Loretta Lynn style, some Johnny Cash storytelling, with a youthful infusion and an AC/DC type kick in the ... !" That's how one music industry veteran referred to the upcoming EP release from singer-songwriter Taylor Hogan. Having moved to Nashville to finish her degree in Songwriting at Lipscomb University and hone her musical artistry, in just a few years Taylor caught the attention of a team of producers, songwriters and music professionals with Grammy-winning and major label publishing collaborations to their credit. Taylor is looking forward to releasing her second EP this year, recently described as equal parts catchy melodies, distinct vocal delivery, country rock hooks with traditional Nashville relatable storytelling.
